Her background spans the full spectrum of commercial and corporate real estate, beginning with capital markets exposure at HFF, managing the real estate portfolio of Denver Public Schools including specialized facilities, to landlord-side asset management at Jordan Perlmutter, to leading global portfolio operations at CH2M Hill, Jacobs, and GHD across all asset types, geographies, and facility classifications, including SCIFs and other sensitive environments. That experience extends to hospitality and hotel real estate, as well as advising early-stage startups navigating real estate decisions for the first time.

It means every engagement is informed by experience on both sides of the table, across sectors that most real estate professionals never encounter — public sector, K-12 education, energy, engineering, hospitality, professional services, and most notably, organizations where a central real estate function hadn't existed prior to her taking on the challenge.
